* Prediction your proteins by CapsNet-SSP


  1. The system will send a Email to the submitted address when the prediction are finished;
  2. Input some sequences of proteins as FASTA format;
  3. Upload a fasta file including many sequences of proteins.

    (2) S-value:S-value of prediction proteins, which is defined by S=2×(arg max(p)-0.5)×max(p), where p is the result of the softmax output from CapsNet-SSP, and arg max(p) represents the indices of the maximum values.
    (3) Salivary secretory protein by prediction:The prediction results of salivary secretory,

  1. Uniprot ID:Proteins ID from Uniprot;
  2. S-value:S-value of prediction proteins, which is defined by S=2×(arg max(p)-0.5)×max(p), where p is the result of the softmax output from CapsNet-SSP, and arg max(p) represents the indices of the maximum values;
  3. Validation by proteomics:If one protein is validated by proteomics as salivary secretory protein in exist literatures, the property is "Yes";
  4. Proteins Name from Uniprot.
  5. Search: typing in any letters/words can search any columns of the table.
